LONDON: Chief digital officer Theo Blackwell outlined a city-wide approach covering digital infrastructure, collaboration, AI deployment and public trust, intended to stop London's 32 boroughs, NHS bodies, TfL and the emergency services duplicating technology procurement. The stack builds on the Data for London Library - now some 20,000 urban datasets - and forms part of the London Growth Plan.
