HELSINKI: MuniFin, the joint funding agency of Finland's municipal sector, issued a EUR 1-billion green benchmark bond on September 10 - a 3.25% coupon maturing 2031, led by Danske Bank, DZ BANK, J.P. Morgan and SEB, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
MUMBAI: Rating agency ICRA projects Indian civic bodies will raise about Rs 100 billion through green municipal bonds by FY2030, against roughly Rs 15.5 billion issued since FY2021 - set against an urban infrastructure investment need it puts above Rs 56 trillion for FY2027-30.
